Not the greatest stay

Check-in was a bit awkward, felt like I was bothering them. The carpet in the room was kinda stained, which was a downer. On the bright side, the breakfast had some yummy waffles that made my morning better. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're super desperate.

Friendly front desk staff offered complimentary water at check-in, creating a warm welcome. However, the King Room was too musty, and I encountered poorly maintained areas with some unclean surfaces. Breakfast options, including homestyle Majorcan products, were a highlight, though they couldn't completely offset the overall lack of cleanliness and upkeep experienced during my stay.

I stayed in a King Room Non-Smoking and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The room was spacious, which I liked, but it had that musty odor, like it needed better ventilation. I noticed some stains on the furniture, which was a bit off-putting. The check-in staff were super nice and even gave me free water, which was a nice touch. Just felt the overall vibe could be better with upkeep.

Staying here with my four kids was a blast! We loved the fun nearby skiing spots, perfect for some family laughs and bonding. The room was spacious and clean, ideal for our busy crew. Mr Murphy made check-in a breeze!
